Appetizers

Roast vine tomato and red pepper soup, basil oil and pine nuts
Smoked chicken & wild mushroom soup

Chicken liver and brandy pate, port & fig jam, tossed salad and warm toast

A selection of baby salad leaves crowned with toasted goats cheese over plum chutney and walnut dressing.

 

 

Main Courses

 Oven roasted breast of turkey carved onto honey glazed ham with herb crust and rustic jus.

Pan roasted local pheasant breast, creamed cabbage casserole, cranberry

compote, wild mushroom sauce

Roast sirloin of Irish beef, champ potato, red wine & thyme jus

Baked salmon  fillet, whipped basil mash with a pink prawn and sancerre wine cream.

 

 

Desserts

Red wine poached pear, marscapone, pastry case

Tirimisu layered gateaux with marscaphone  cream and tia maria anglaise

Christmas pudding with rum sauce & fresh cream 

Passion fruit bavaroise with exotic fruits, mango sorbet & malibu sabayon

 

 

Freshly brewed tea & coffee with mince pies
