Rest & Restore Day
A relaxed and healthy mindful yoga retreat in beautiful luxurious surroundings. Available for group bookings only. Minimum of 15 people required.

Restorative Escape
A relaxing, healthy and mindful yoga retreat in beautiful and luxurious surroundings. Minimum 15 people.
Day 1

From weekend yoga retreats to weeklong spiritual healing journeys, The Millhouse is a wonderful place for a retreat, whether you are attending one of our own luxurious retreats or hosting your own.
Retreat availability is mostly midweek, however we do have some weekend availability. We are also delighted to host single day retreats in our large tea rooms and yoga studio.

We are passionate about healthy, nourishing, organic food and plant-based eating, and offer a range of organic, vegan, vegetarian and Ayurvedic menus. All our menus are designed to detox & nourish your body, to take the weight of toxins out so that your body has more time to do its own healing.

What time is check-in?Check-in on the first day of the retreat begins at 3:00pm. Check-out on the final day is at 11:00am.

Can I arrive a day earlier or stay a day later?Yes, it may be possible to stay in our glamping area subject to availability.

Do you accommodate special dietary requests?Yes, our chef can accommodate various dietary restrictions, including gluten, sugar, soy, nuts, and dairy, among others. Our main menus are vegan, wheat, and gluten free.

How much do I need to pay to secure my spot?A non-refundable deposit of €600 us required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the retreat.

What should I bring to the retreat?Once your spot is confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email with all the necessary information and a packing list for the retreat.

I've never practice yoga or engaged in spiritual practices. Is this retreat suitable for me?Absolutely! This retreat is designed for women navigating life transitions, and all experience levels are welcome.

Will there be any free time during the retreat?Yes, the retreat schedule includes plenty of free time for relaxation, reflection, and connecting with other participants. This time is yours to enjoy as you wish - whether it's exploring the surroundings, journaling, or simply resting in the hot tub and sauna.

What is the group size for the retreat?To ensure a personalized and intimate experience, the retreat is limited to 15 participants. This allows for deeper connections and more individual attention throughout the retreat.
